![]() I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. I've been traveling for years but never experienced an airlines this unprofessional. It seems as thought air Europa is more concerned with how many tickets they can sell than customer service."Ĭons: "Worst experience I've ever had. Running through the airport and to security was awful and when I arrived at the gate the gate was still open and people were still boarding. I was then directed to customer service who then sent me back to the counter where I finally received my boarding pass. ![]() Just checking in to receive boarding passes was a nightmare as they informed me the plane had already closed even though it was an hour before my flight left. I will not be flying or recommending air Europa to anyone. The landing as well was one of the worst I have experienced. I understand that the pilots did there best to navigate through the weather but for the future it would be great for them to communicate that we would be hitting some turbulence. Just looking around it was clear I was not the only one who felt this way. Cons: "The flight had major turbulence without any communication from the pilot or crew as to what to expect and having been on 8 flights just this week I am not a first time flyer, but have not felt so uncomfortable with noises of what what sounded like ice hitting the plane.
